Therapy at Bare

Thoughtful, sex positive online psychological care for people navigating intimacy, identity, trauma, and relationships.

You might be here because

You feel disconnected from your body, desire, or sense of self.

Shame or fear is sitting in the driver’s seat

Your relationship feels stuck in the same loops

You’re exhausted from “holding it together”

You may also be here because the care you've received so far hasn't made room for the complexity of intimacy, shame, trauma, identity, or your nervous system. Maybe it felt rushed, surface level, or focused only on symptoms, not what's actually happening underneath.

My work is sex positive, evidence based, trauma informed, and neuro-affirming. We slow things down, listen closely to your body, and work with the patterns shaping your relationships and your sense of self. You don't need a perfect story or a clear label to begin.

If you're looking for quick fixes, performative positivity, or mindset only approaches, I won't be the right fit. My work is slower, deeper, and designed for people wanting meaningful, long term change.

If you'd like to begin...

You don't need to be certain. You don't need the right words. You don't need to know exactly what you're asking for.

If something in your body, your relationships, or your inner world has been asking for attention, that's enough to start.

You're welcome to reach out when it feels right.

Not quite ready to dive in? I wrote a book to help you get started.
